Registration is located in the Washington Convention Center, West Registration Lobby, Level 1, on the following days: Please Note: A photo ID is required to pick up your materials onsite.

Friday, June 25
7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Saturday June 26, Sunday June 27
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Monday June 28
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Satellite Registration

Satellite Registration will be available at the Capital Hilton for pick-up of conference materials only. Changes, ticket purchases or new badges must be done at Main Registration at the Washington Convention Center. Please Note: A photo ID is required to pick up your materials onsite.

Badges, ExpoCards, Program and Exhibit Guides

Your Badge, Expocard and tickets to events you signed up for when you registered were sent you to you if you registered by the advance deadline for the annual conference. You can pick up your badgeholder and conference materials at badgeholder pickup. If you registered online after the advance deadline or your registration was faxed or postmarked after the deadline, you will need to pick up your badge at the Will Call/Corrections Counter at Registration in Washingtion Convention Center, West Registration Lobby, Level 1.

If you need to make changes to your badge or did not recieve you badge, please visit the Will Call/Corrections counter at Registration in Washingtion Convention Center, West Registration Lobby, Level 1.

Badges will not be sent to countries other than the U.S. and Canada. Residents of other nations may pick up badges at the Will Call/Corrections Counter in the Convention Center.

If you are arriving early for a Preconference or other ticketed event and cannot get to registration in time, no worries. Please proceed directly to the assigned room for your event and check in for that event at the door. Then plan to return to registration during normal hours to retrieve a badge holder and a Program and Exhibit Guide.
